A. Current officer positions shall be as follows:
1) President: Fran Kintz
2) Vice President: Joy Wallace
3) Treasurer: Maria Sosa
4) Secretary/Publisher:
All officers are starting from inception of club, and shall remain in their position; no more then five are to be in office, however others may be appointed for club activities committee on an as need basis.
IV- II The Board
A. The top administrators of the club as listed above will form the board. All executive decisions shall be left to the board.
B. The Board will operate the administration of the club activities and provide parliamentary rules during the meetings.
C. The Board has the right to appoint any club member to any position for the good of the club if no suitable member volunteers. This applies to all club activities.
D. The Board has the right to terminate membership for not adhering to the club by-laws.
E. In the event that a Board member resigns their position they have the right to step down to member status.
ARTICLE V - DUTIES OF OFFICERS
V- I Duties and Obligations
A. The Duties of the President and Vice President shall be to:
1) Preside at all meetings of the club.
2) Have general supervision of the affairs of the club.
3) Personally represent the club on proper occasions and in business contacts.
4) Assist all other officers and committee chairwomen of the club in their records, correspondences and other duties.
B. The duties of the Secretary/Publisher shall be to:
1) Keep minutes of the meetings of the club.
2) Update WebSite in conjunction with the web developer (if applicable).
3) Handle club correspondences.
4) Perform such other duties as generally fall to that office.
C. The duties of the Treasurer shall be to:
1) Collect dues from all members.
2) Collect all other moneys due the club.
3) Maintain club financial records.
4) Deliver reports at scheduled meetings.
V- II Attendance of Officers
A. As an officer, if you miss three consecutive meetings without a valid excuse or explanation, you may be relieved of the office.
