By - Laws

ARTICLE I - GENERAL A. The by-laws have been written as an adjunct to the Regulations. Proper conduct of club business, receiving disbursement of club funds, and all membership activities and procedures shall be guided by these by-laws in support of the club Regulations.

ARTICLE II - MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS AND ENROLLMENT II- I New Membership A. Club prospects shall hold a valid class M motorcycling license. The motorcycle must be in good operating condition and properly registered and insured according to the applicable State Motor Vehicle Department.

B. All club prospects must attend 25% of the meetings and attend 25% of the rides, unless there is an excusable absence.

C. All club prospects must pledge to uphold the by -laws. When signed copy of these by-laws are received, new member shall receive a club membership card.

D. Such club colors are to be worn only when participating in club meetings, rides or other group events.
